Dorothy Kudla is a coach, workshop leader, keynote speaker, and founder of Full Circle Connections Inc., a training and development firm dedicated to enabling organizations to achieve their goals through strategic planning, leadership development, and individual contributor solutions. With experience working with global, diverse organizations, Dorothy specializes in aligning leadership, people, and culture to drive meaningful change and lasting success.

Before founding Full Circle Connections, Dorothy led revenue operations at Hilton Hotels, where her passion for leadership development took root. Her adventurous spirit matches her dynamic career—she has completed several marathons and conquered impressive peaks, including Mount Kilimanjaro. Dorothy brings this same zest for life to her work, inspiring leaders to embrace growth and tackle challenges with confidence.
